Every month, we collect food for Love Rising Lutheran Church on Moross in Detroit, which distributes food to neighbors in need.
Our goal is 100 pounds each month. You can help by adding an extra item to your grocery cart and bringing it along the next time you visit.
Who it’s for: Anyone who would like to contribute. Members, neighbors, and visitors are welcome to participate.
How to help: Bring boxed or canned food and leave your donations on the Crossroads cupboard in our front hall. Cleaning supplies and toiletries are welcome, too.
Good to know: This collection continues throughout the year. You can contribute whenever you’re at church for worship, a meeting, or an event. If you’re making a separate trip, contact the office first to arrange a drop-off.
